Ashtanga Yoga

A challenging and high-energy yoga class based on the teachings of Sri K. Patabhi Jois. Derived from ancient Sanskrit texts, this practice is designed to align, tone and cleanse the body, mind and senses, and strengthen the nervous system. A vigorous and challenging form of yoga for the more experienced student or those who have athletic or dance backgrounds.

Introduction to Ashtanga
Very careful and detailed instruction at a slower pace offers the new student a wonderful way to learn this beautiful and challenging practice. Students will gain strength, flexibility and endurance as they nourish their bodies and spirit.

Silent Ashtanga
A deeply meditative experience for those familiar with the practice. You are always welcome to come and observe a class and/or take your first session for “free.”
