Preregistration with paid tuition is required.

Enter the beautiful candlelit studio and settle in for a soothing and peaceful class. You will come into harmony with the breath and body, moving to wonderful music specially selected for its transformative quality. We will move through a variety of poses before finally settling in to a deep relaxation.
