PRE-YOGA for LITTLE ONES & PARENTS

Mondays 9:30-10:15 a.m. Ages 2-5

This class will resume in September.

Tuition must be paid for in advance of session to reserve your space.

In partnership with their parents, we will introduce yoga to these young tots in age-appropriate and playful ways that include books, songs, fun games, Metta’ and walking meditation. They will learn simple yoga poses, breath to calm themselve, find their center, follow directions, listen to their bodies, be respectful of others, and to relax. In joyful and flexible ways, they will begin to understand the heart of yoga.
