YOGA FOR THE EYES

Sandra Acquaviva

Dates to be determined.

Many practitioners believe in the connection of the eyes and vision to mind, body and spirit. The eyes are the one part of the body that when given a "crutch," it remains the rest of your life. Why is that? It is because most eye doctors don't think the vision can improve. I want to show you how you can release yourself from tension and blurriness and even wearing glasses!

In this workshop, you'll learn the Bates Method and Meir Schneider Self-Healing exercises to increase relaxation and strengthen the eyes. You'll leave feeling refreshed and see more clearly. We all have a tendency to overuse our eyes through computer and desk work, wearing sunglasses everyday and countless other activities. This results in eye tension causing fatigue and headaches. The eyes like the rest of the body need healthy exercise and relaxation.

THIS PROGRAM IS EVERYONE WHETHER OR NOT YOU WEAR GLASSES.

Sandra Acquaviva

I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1989, a graduate of the Massage Institute of New England. In 1991, I trained at the Honolulu School of Massage and became Certified in Sports Massage. My education in the Meir Schneider Self-Healing Method [Center is in San Francisco] began in 1994 when I met Meir Schneider. He is one of the great pioneers in natural vision improvement.

Over the last 15 years, I have seen many people overcome serious eye conditions from this method of treatment. Throughout the years, I worked with Meir Schneider educating massage practitioners at workshops and conferences. Curing and slowing down the progression of many types of problems from simple refraction, nearsightedness, farsightedness to more serious conditions such as macular degeneration, glaucoma and others.
