KIDS YOGA Ages 3-12

Children will be able to explore yoga poses, breathing and meditation through creative and interactive games. Students will learn how yoga and meditation can help bring calmness and ways in which energy can be channeled through the poses.

Sheri Breen, B.A. Psychology U. Mass. Amherst
She has studied Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Forrest and Yin Yoga. She enjoys teaching everything from a restorative class to more challenging yoga. Sheri has worked in the mental health field for many years and currently facilitates trainings in this milieu.
