Be transported to “Monica’s Ashram” in an experience of meditation in various styles and levels. Get in touch with your innermost thoughts and let go of unnecessary noise and begin to treasure the silence, find your spiritual center and become at home in your body. The time spent in meditation is the perfect segue to a busy day or may result in a good night’s sleep.
Practice formal sitting and walking meditation to inspire your daily commitment to your spiritual discipline.
Guided visualizations will be included as well as group discussion at the conclusion of class.
