Partner Yoga is a wonderful way to connect to one another safely and spiritually. It creates an opportunity to have fun, relax and increase fitness as well as deepen your relationship. You'll learn how to communicate your needs within this format, to stay aware of the present moment and act creatively with a calm mind and light spirit. As you practice supporting your partner in this way, the rewards will permeate your everyday lives.

I started practicing yoga in 1985 because of hypertension, after six classes once a week my high blood pressure was completely lowered and that astounded me. Mindfulness has been my mainstay for living ever since.
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, yoga instructor, Self-Healing Practitioner with many skills in my tool box. My style of yoga has been in the Iyengar tradition, with many variations along the way. I love teaching new skills to communities that have cultivated understanding of mindfulness and that's why I'm so happy to be back at Yoga East!
