In Svaroopa Yoga: Begin and end lying down with a guided relaxation, slow down and take a break from
busy-ness, blankets for support, give yourself an internal massage and release deep muscle tensions, develop body and inner awareness, learn to use your bones for weight bearing, develop inner strength, take good care of yourself so you have more to offer others.
Wear layers of loose, comfortable clothing and experience the Bliss of Your Being.
