Svaroopa Yoga
A gentle, slow moving, nurturing yoga that unwinds tensions in the spine from the tailbone up to create changes that help you feel better. Svaroopa is very good for those who can't or don't want to do a more rigorous style of yoga. It's good for anyone who has a chronic but not acute back issue, for anyone who wants to really relax and unwind, developing body and inner awareness. Careful alignment of the body using blankets and props facilitates stress relief, relaxation, flexibility and pain relief - and may help many medical problems. Wear layers of loose, comfortable clothing.
