Qi Gong is China's ancient holistic system of energy medicine. It includes gentle flowing movement, self-massage, breathing techniques, visualizations and meditations. It is used for healing, disease prevention, maintaining good immune function and improving daily energy levels. Through easy-to-learn yet profound practices of qi gong, we begin to discover how to access "the elixir within," our inner medicine.

Therapeutic Qi Gong for Arthritis

Therapeutic Qi Gong (Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa) was created by Dr. Zhang Yuan Ming of China, an accomplished martial artist and Doctor of Traumatology. It is a complete set of therapeutic exercises for preventing and healing pain in the neck, shoulders, back, waist, legs and other ailments, especially arthritis. Mental sharpness improves along with emotional well-being.

 

Inner Organ Health

Improve health of lungs, heart, spleen, liver and kidneys with these easy to learn yet powerful practices:

Eights Pieces of Brocade - used for centuries in China as the foundation of healing, especially for internal organs such as liver, kidneys, spleen, heart and lungs.

Six Healing Sounds - created by Taoist sages to purify inner organs from excess heat and low energy emotions.

Qi Gong for Cleansing and Strengthening - promotes Qi flow through the body and assists in opening up blockages in the key organs.

Breath Easy, Strengthen Qi

Developed by Dr. Zhang Yang Ming, Yi Chi Kung inolves breathing exercises for healing asthma, circulatory disorders and heart problems, enhancing the practitioner's Qi or life force. You will learn 3 kinds of healthy breathing: abdominal, Dan Tien and Embryonic.
