VINYASA YOGA
Beginning Yoga/Vinyasa
A more energetic approach to the practice of yoga for endurance, strength and flexibility. Vinyasa, a flowing sequence of asanas that is derived from Ashtanga Yoga but has a sequencing of poses creatively designed by the individual teacher and is combined with music. Appropriate for people looking for a work-out, to compliment other forms of activity, working people, women, men - all wishing to build flexibility and strength.
