YIN YANG YOGA
Incorporates elements of Yang, or more vigorous practice, with Yin, or passive yoga practice. Class begins with a vinyasa flow to get the energy moving. Then the second half of the class engages in Yin yoga poses that will focus on opening up the hips. A great way to get the benefits of two diverse styles of yoga fused into one great class.
