Reiki is a natural, holistic healing modality. I also use the tools learned from many healers and healing systems, as well as the gifts of intuition and inspiration, I offer these sessions to help clear and balance your energy, reduce stress, facilitate healing and personal growth and to promote well-being. Healing is facilitated by accessing all aspects of an individual - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual, awareness of multi-dimensional elements and understanding of both cause and affect. Guided meditations, visualizations, dialogue and relaxation as needed. Sessions for adults, teens and children.
