In 1988, my two sons, Sasha and Peter (who were 10 and 12), and I traipsed around the White Mountains trying to find a location for our first yoga retreat. After having no luck all day, evening came when we walked into the elegant lobby of the Eagle Mountain Resort. Instantly, my sons exclaimed,

“Mom, this is perfect, just the kind of place your students will love!”

This marked the beginning of many fabulous retreat weekends shared together…and now we invite you to come with us in the hush of winter to discover this revitalizing experience.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, you may participate in yoga, meditation, art, Reiki, Asian Bodywork and the Tarot as well as mountain walks, delicious gourmet dining, sitting by the fire, cross-country skiing and relaxing in the sauna and Jacuzzi at midnight.
